  1. Print out the attached special NFIB order form which is available by clicking the "Member Discount Order Form" link in the upper right-hand corner of this page. (Special NFIB pricing is shown on the form. Texas residents will need to add 8.25 percent sales tax.)
  2. Add your NFIB member number in the line with the priority code (in lower left-hand corner of the "Member Discount Order Form").
  3. Use the Safety Shorts catalog or the Safety Shorts Web site www.safetyshorts.com to choose the videos or programs you wish to order. (Special NFIB pricing will appear only on the special NFIB order form). Fill in the product numbers on your order form.
  4. Call 800.458.2236 and ask for one of Safety Shorts' knowledgeable and friendly sales reps. Or you may fax the completed form to Safety Shorts at 281.956.1000.
