Debbie Kimmick came to NFIB/Arizona from the Arizona State Legislature where she was an assistant for two House members.
Kimmick's background includes work for a computer training company where she was sales support for the sales team, and serving as administrative assistant for the district sales manager of Zep Manufacturing.
Kimmick attended Western New Mexico University majoring in business management with a minor in communications.
She currently owns a small business as a Mary Kay Cosmetics Independent Beauty Consultant. Being in business for herself, Kimmick understands the day-to-day complexities of being a small-business owner.
