1. How can the program save me money?
The program can save you money in two ways:
1. All participants receive the premium discount applicable to the program's premium volume - in most cases 10 percent of premium. This can save you up to 10 percent on your premium.
2. In addition to general fund dividends, the purchasing groups have the potential to earn dividends based on the overall claims activity of the purchasing group.
Note: Both general fund dividends and purchasing group dividends must be declared by Texas Mutual and approved by the Texas Department of Insurance. Annual dividends are evaluated and dispersed over a four-year period.
