- Agents receive Texas Mutual Cornerstone commissions or better. Agents benefit by preferred commission schedule.

- All premium in the purchasing groups counts toward agents totals for incentive purposes.
- To enroll clients in the program:

- If your client currently has a policy with Texas Mutual fill out a request to transfer into NFIB/Texas Mutual workers' comp purchasing group.
- To enroll a client in the group who does not currently have a Texas Mutual workers' comp policy, fill out a standard ACORD. Show "NFIB Purchasing Group" as the "Dividend Plan/Purchasing Group" on the ACORD application and list the NFIB member number (if the applicant is a member) in the "Additional Company Information" box.
- Texas Mutual will send you a proposal.
