- The Get-Started Guide to E-Commerce, by Danielle Zilliox (AMACOM, $19.95). This is a good guide for small business owners with little Internet experience, as it starts at the beginning and explains the basics of getting online, order fulfillment and getting your Web site noticed.
- Net Words: Creating High-Impact Online Copy, by Nick Usborne (McGraw-Hill, $16.95). This book focuses on the importance of tone in writing email or copy for your company's Web site.
