After September 11th, many small businesses in Arizona assisted in the relief efforts.
Thanks to Stewart Electric and Communications, a NFIB member located in Chandler, for their assistance in New York City. Stewart Electric's owners and employees transported the "cell on wheels" (COWs), which are portable cellular sites that can replace permanent cellular sites within hours, from California to World Trade Center area. Upon delivery, several Stewart Electric employees stayed in NYC to restore telecommunications in the area.
