Clued-In Contracts
04/ 01/ 2002

3 tips to better business agreements

  • Don't forget a termination clause in any contract. It should state how you can escape the agreement if it's not working.
  • Remember that exchanged emails can constitute a valid contract, even if there are no signatures.
  • Offer a discount of two percent on service contracts for early payment. This may improve your cash flow.
