3 tips to better business agreements
Don't forget a termination clause in any contract. It should state how you can escape the agreement if it's not working.
Remember that exchanged emails can constitute a valid contract, even if there are no signatures.
Offer a discount of two percent on service contracts for early payment. This may improve your cash flow.
