Are you missing the opportunity to be in the NFIB Workers' Compensation Safety Group with SCF Arizona?

Eligible NFIB members earned Bonus Safety Dividends on their SCF Arizona Workers' Compensation premium

In 2008, qualifying participants in the 2007 NFIB SCF Arizona Association Safety Program received $110 in safety bonus dividends for every $100 in individual dividends earned from SCF Arizona.

How did they do it?

  • They maintained a safe workplace for their employees
  • They were members of NFIB with SCF Arizona Workers’ Compensation policies
  • They were enrolled in the NFIB SCF Arizona Association Safety Program

It was as simple as that. A total of $7.1 million in dividend checks were mailed to participating businesses in October 2008*.

You, too, can join the NFIB Association Safety Program

If you have a good safety record and are a member of NFIB with an SCF Arizona policy, you, too, can join the NFIB Association Safety Program.

For more information and an application form to be part of the program, email Susan Jones, the NFIB program manager, or call Susan at 1-602-263-7690.

Although the past is not a guarantee of future performance, our group has earned a bonus safety dividend every year since its inception in 1995. And there is no downside risk – you will receive any individual dividend you earn regardless of how the group performs.

*Dividends are not guaranteed in advance and are subject to declaration by SCF Arizona’s Board of Directors. Policyholders cannot participate in more than one Association Safety Program.  If declared, dividends for the 2009 program year will be paid approximately 10 months after year end. All participants are reviewed on a quarterly basis for loss frequency and cost of claims. Participants with high losses or high loss frequency may be removed from the program. Participants removed for losses may reapply for the program after one year. NFIB Member Benefits are offered by third-parties through contractual arrangements with the NFIB Member Services Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NFIB, or one of its affiliated insurance agencies.
