State Treasurer tells NFIB members budget deficit to grow to $1 billion

It's grim and getting grimmer said Arizona State Treasurer Dean Martin about the budget deficit, which will grow to $1 billion by the time the Legislature convenes in January.

State Representatives Steve Farley, Phil Lopes, Daniel Patterson, and Vic Williams, and State Senator Al Melvin also spoke to Tucson-area NFIB members on Nov. 3. The Inside Tucson Business newspaper covered the meeting. It's report can be read here:
