  • Impact of Administrative Rules on Small Business

    HB 53 sponsored by Stephen D. Clark further clarifies the intent of legislation passed last year to relieve small business of a high economic impact from state agency rule making. HB 53 would require a state agency to consider methods to minimize the impact of an agency’s proposed administrative rule on small business.
