1. Can I sign up for the NFIB program discounts using my existing FedEx Express account?
If you already have a FedEx account, after signing up, you may continue using this account number to receive your special NFIB discounts. Just have your FedEx account number ready when you enroll.
2. How do I know if the NFIB program discounts are greater than my current FedEx Express rates?
After enrolling, if your current rates are better than the NFIB program discounts, you will automatically keep the better rates and receive a letter explaining this.
3. I don't know my NFIB member number. What should I do?
Register on NFIB.com. by clicking the "Sign In" button on the home page. Click "First Time User?", then enter your phone number and zip code.Your NFIB member number should appear. Continue with your NFIB.com registration to get the full benefits of the site. Or call 1-800-NFIB-NOW and they can look it up for you.
