Renee Amar
NFIB/Louisiana State Director

Renee Amar is responsible for lobbying on behalf of our Louisiana members, oversees small business grassroots activities across the state and serves as our state spokesperson.

She previously served as our member support manager for the Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. Before that, she was in the legal and governmental affairs department with the Louisiana Hospital Association.

She has an eight-year background in accounting and received her bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University.
