What benefits do you offer your empolyees in health beneift?

I offer a group HSA. I seeded the employees accounts with $100.00 to get the accounts open and deduct whatever amount they want to put in the account monthly and deposit it for them. We pay all of the employee cost for the premium.

I already posted above, so please foregive if this is redundant. But, I stoped giving Health Benefits 2 years ago. Individuals can buy their own policies 40% cheaper than small group plans (including NFIB and ADP) So I just gave everone a raise equal to the contribution I was making and poof, I am out of the Health Care business.

If I were to go back in I would probably do an HSA like Danny indicated, however I do not think it is stong enough in preventitive care. Also some of my people get really good deals through having a spouse work for universities or government agencies, and I can not really compete with that. The market place is totally broken.
