Washington, D.C. (May 4, 2016) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading representative of small business owners, is endorsing Warren Davidson in the 8th Congressional District special election. Davidson’s business experience and commitment to issues that small business owners care about makes him an ideal candidate for Congress.

“Warren Davidson knows the struggles that small business owners go through in operating their firms,” said NFIB National Political Director Sharon Sussin. “The expertise and experience he gained running his family’s business is exactly what we need in the U.S. House right now. Small business owners struggle with excessive regulations and burdensome taxes, Davidson knows that freeing them would create jobs and prosperity.”

“Small business owners in the 8th Ohio Congressional District will be well served by the election to Congress of Warren Davidson.  Being a fellow entrepreneur, he knows well the issues that impact our members.  He will be a great champion them in Washington, DC,” said Roger Geiger, Vice President and Executive Director NFIBOhio.

Davidson’s endorsement today comes from the NFIB SAFE Trust, the organization’s political action committee.  Small business owners vote in high percentages and they are influential in their communities.  NFIB members in Ohio’s 8th Congressional District will work hard to send Warren Davidson to Congress.
