Washington, D.C. (June 24, 2016) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading representative of small business owners, is endorsing Amie Hoeber in Maryland’s 6th Congressional District. Hoeber’s commitment to issues that small business owners care about makes her an ideal candidate for Congress.

“As a small business owner herself, Amie Hoeber knows the ways the federal government makes it harder to succeed,” said NFIB National Political Director Sharon Sussin. “In Congress, she would fight for reduced taxes and regulation. Small business owners need her standing up for them in the U.S. House.”

Hoeber’s endorsement today comes from the NFIB SAFE Trust, the organization’s political action committee.  Small business owners vote in high percentages and they are influential in their communities.  NFIB members in Maryland’s 6th Congressional District will work hard to send Amie Hoeber to Congress.
