NFIB, founded in 1943, is grateful to its many long-time members. One small business, Century 21-Dale Realty of Red Lion, Pennsylvania, is now celebrating a 50-year anniversary with our association.
Dale Elfner opened Dale Realty Company in 1962 in York County. For half a century, despite periods of high-interest rates and the housing slump, the firm has continued to prosper.
In 1993, Dale brought his son, Wade into the business. In 2009, Wade’s son, Nathan came on board. These three generations of Elfners have run the company successfully throughout.
