If your company is participating in a 2016 group rating or group retrospective rating program and had a claim filed with the Ohio BWC in 2015, the 2-hour required safety training MUST be completed by 06/30/2017. CareWorksComp, the third party administrator for the group sponsored by NFIB/Ohio has previously contacted all companies who are required to take 2 hours of safety training. However, we encourage all of our members to attend.
