NFIB Endorses Brad Drake in House District 5
Tallahassee, July 31, 2014 – The National Federation of Independent Business, Florida’s leading small-business association, today announced its endorsement of Brad Drake for House District 5.
“Brad has demonstrated genuine commitment to small-business issues and improving the economy,” said Bill Herrle, NFIB/Florida Executive Director. “Brad has been an effective ally to our members in the past, and we’re confident he’ll continue to fight to preserve Florida’s pro-small-business climate.”
Brad served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2008 – 2012 and compiled an NFIB voting record of 100%.
“I’m honored to receive the endorsement of the NFIB,” Brad said. “If elected, I’ll work day and night to build a pro-jobs, business-friendly environment that supports our job creators here in Florida.”
The endorsement comes from the NFIB/Florida SAFE (Save America’s Free Enterprise) Trust, the political action committee for NFIB/Florida’s membership, and is based on candidates’ positions regarding key small-business issues including healthcare, taxes, and labor and regulatory issues.
