NFIB/Virginia will co-host a series of business roundtables with the General Assembly’s Business Development Caucus over the next several weeks.
“This is an excellent opportunity for NFIB members to hear from their state legislators on what Richmond is doing to help small business,” said Nicole Riley, state director of NFIB/Virginia.
“It’s also a chance for business owners to voice their concerns on issues impacting their business,” Riley said. ” Specifically, the legislators will ask what existing law deters growth in your business and what new legislative action would foster growth in your business.”
Tuesday, Sept. 23, 7-8:30 p.m.
Premium Distributors Headquarters
15001 North Ridge Drive
A light dinner will be served. NFIB/Virginia members are encouraged to attend. Space is limited, so please register with Member Support Manager Kristie Helmick at kristie.helmick@NFIB.org
The Business Development Caucus was founded by business owners who serve in the General Assembly to introduce and shepherd legislation that promotes entrepreneurship and job growth in the Commonwealth and to monitor and oppose legislation that is contrary to the those goals of the caucus.
