NFIB members are invited to attend and submit testimony at the next meeting of the Red Tape Review Commission on Tuesday, March 28 at 2:30PM. Those providing testimony before the Commission should register and provide a written summary or copy of the testimony before the meeting by emailing [email protected] or by calling (609) 777-0572 to reserve a place in the speakers’ lineup. Testifying participants that provide written testimony in advance will be given scheduling priority. If applicable, the Commission requests that witnesses provide the citations to the specific provision(s) of statutory law and/or the New Jersey Administrative Code that they propose to discuss. To accommodate all attendees, commentary is limited to 5 minutes per speaker
