Paid Sick Leave
Stop mandatory paid sick leave, which could run up to 6.5 days per year per employee to use for themselves or family members. 
Workers’ Compensation
Defeat proposals to substantially increase benefits and premiums for unrelated purposes such as a death benefit for non-dependents. 
Independent Contractors
Block attempts to limit independent contractor status.
Minimum Wage
Stop a 71-percent raise in minimum wage. It will take the ability to give merit-based raises away from the business owner. 
State Income Tax
Oppose a state income tax up to 15 percent of the federal income tax. 
Head Tax
Stop a state head tax of $100 dollars a year – assessed on every employee. 
Statewide Sales Tax
Block proposals for statewide sales tax.
