What first attracted you to NFIB as an employer?
I was initially interested in NFIB because of the flexibility. I have two small children and I wanted not only a rewarding career, but have the best of both worlds. I want to be a homeroom mom and be at the football games and not miss fieldtrips. With traditional office jobs, that's just very difficult to do. With children, you don't always have a month's notice when you need to ask off for a vacation day.
What do you like about working at NFIB?
The income potential at NFIB is limited only by how hard you are willing to work. The retirement program is second to none. I know that my husband and I will be able to retire earlier than we would have otherwise, [thanks to] the generosity of the matching contributions that NFIB makes.
To what kind of person would you recommend a career at NFIB?
I would recommend a career with NFIB to anyone who is a hard worker, self-motivated and cause oriented.
