What first attracted you to NFIB as an employer?

I worked in the banking industry for 14 years, and when I decided to make a career change, I came to NFIB. One of the things I've discovered over my time with NFIB are the financial rewards. They make a good effort to reward their people equitably in terms of their financial situation.

What do you like about working at NFIB?

The other thing that's very important to me is the mission at NFIB. I think that by doing what we do on a daily basis, it makes our country a better country. When NFIB has done its work, I think you'll find that we're pushing this country in the right direction towards a free enterprise system and it makes a huge difference.

How do the employee benefits you receive help you to reach your personal financial goals?

The opportunities to grow at NFIB and have a long-term career are excellent. The benefits that NFIB offers are fantastic. You have good medical, good dental plans, good 401k and a retirement plan on top of the 401k, which no one else in the country probably has.
