What Question Would You Ask?

Date: June 26, 2014

NFIB’s reputation as the true Voice of Small Business comes first and foremost from its state and federal member ballots. Results from these annual polls center NFIB’s lobbying positions in both Washington D.C. and in Bismarck.
The results are communicated to the media throughout North Dakota and are used in legislative testimony in support of the small-business agenda. Many legislators and administration officials also use them to support policies and viewpoints they hold.
With the next session of the North Dakota Legislature convening on January, 6, 2015 it’s not too early to start the conversation on what questions should be asked on the next ballot.
NFIB/North Dakota State Director Rae Ann Kelsch invites you to send her your thoughts on some of the most pressing small-business issues facing the state for possible inclusion in the 2015 North Dakota Member State Ballot. Click here to read the results from last year’s ballot to get an idea of what was on members’ minds.
Have any of those issues changed? What new ones have cropped up? Is an old issue resurfacing? Join in the discussion; send an email to Rae Ann with your thoughts.
NFIB is regarded as one of the most credible associations in the nation, because it knows of what it speaks, and that is only on issues affecting the ability of its members to own, operate and grow their businesses. Click here to see the issues we don’t take stands on and why.
