This week (3.27.2015) in small business, both the U.S. House and Senate
passed their 2016 budgets. NFIB officially supported the majority
budgets in both the House and Senate. In Obamacare news, about half of
the households that received federal subsidies to help pay for their
health insurance in 2014 will have to repay some of that money. The
Kaiser Family Foundation estimates the average repayment owed will be
