VIDEO: Pa. Farm Show - NFIB Pa. Farm Businesses Face Obstacles to Growth

Author: Suzanne Stoltenberg Date: January 15, 2014

The largest indoor farm show in the country has just taken place in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Farm businesses are showing their livestock, their products and teaching visitors about working on the farm. But there are many concerns facing these small businesses, especially when it comes to the condition of rural roads and bridges. That can prevent deliveries, make shipping more expensive and it can even make Pennsylvania unable to compete with other states. NFIB Pa. speaks to our members about their concerns and to George Grieg, the Pa. Agriculture Secretary about how he is addressing them.
