SMALL BUSINESS LOOKS TOWARD THE FUTURE FOR HOPE

The following may be attributed to Andrew Markowski, NFIB Connecticut State Director regarding Governor Malloy’s singing of the budget earlier today. 

 

“Small business owners crave certainty but lately the only thing we can be certain of is that the state is going to increase spending and increase taxes. Governor Malloy’s signing of the budget today is obviously disappointing but we are hopeful that better days lie ahead and eventually law makers will figure out that in order for our economy to prosper, the state of Connecticut must begin to balance its books the same way a small business owner does.”
