David Schweikert (AZ-05)
Dave and his wife Joyce live in Fountain Hills where they run Sheridan Equities LLC, a real estate business. He previously served two terms in the Arizona House of Representatives.

Cory still spends several months each year working side-by-side with his father and grandfather in the family’s farm implement dealership.

Steve Southerland (FL-02)
Steve is co-owner and president of Southerland Family Funeral Homes and a founding partner in two other businesses.

Dan Webster (FL-08)
After receiving his engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Dan worked in the family air conditioning and heating business that he now owns and operates. Webster also served 28 years in the Florida Legislature.

Marlin Stutzman (IN-03)
As co-owner with his father, Albert, Marlin runs Stutzman Farms, farming 4,000 acres (16 km2) in the Michiana area. He is also owner of Stutzman Farms Trucking.

Todd Young (IN-09)
Todd attended night school at the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business, earning an MBA. In 2006, Young earned his J.D. from Indiana University. He joined Paoli-based Tucker and Tucker, P.C. upon graduation. Since 2007, Young has also served as a part-time Deputy Prosecutor for Orange County, Indiana.

Rand Paul (KY-Sen)
Rand lives in Bowling Green, where he has practiced medicine and performed eye surgery for 17 years. Rand owns his own ophthalmology practice, which employs three full-time staff members. In 1995, Rand founded the Southern Kentucky Lions Eye Clinic, an organization that provides eye exams and surgery to needy families and individuals.

John Fleming (LA-04)
John is a businessman who owned 33 Subway sandwich shops in northern Louisiana and Fleming Expansions, LLC, a regional developer for The UPS Store, which supported stores in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.

Bill Huizenga (MI-02)
Bill formerly served as an aide to Rep. Pete Hoekstra. In 1999, he purchased part of a small business in Jenison—Huizenga Gravel Inc. He is still a co-owner of this business.

Vicky Hartzler (MO-04)
Vicky and her husband, Lowell, run a diversified farming operation and are owners of Hartzler Equipment Company with store locations across Missouri.

Steven Palazzo  (MS-04)
Steve and his wife started Palazzo & Company, PLLC, in 2001 to help U.S. citizens working abroad. Over the years, Steve and Lisa have grown this small, home-based business into an international Expat CPA firm specializing in individual income taxes. His company currently serves more than 2,000 clients in 25 countries.

Steve Pearce (NM-02)
Steve and his wife Cynthia raised their family in Hobbs, N.M. Together they owned and operated Lea Fishing Tools, an oilfield services firm. The firm grew tenfold in ten years, increasing employment from four to over 40. Steve and Cynthia were honored by the Association of Commerce and Industry with the VIVA Award for outstanding business in New Mexico.

Bob Latta (OH-05)
Bob worked as a private practice attorney before entering politics.

Bob Gibbs (OH-18)
In 1974, Bob moved to Lakeville, Ohio, where he co-founded Hidden Hollow Farms, Ltd. Formerly a producer of swine, Hidden Hollow Farms currently produces corn and soybeans.

Jeff Duncan (SC-03)
He is currently the President and CEO of J. Duncan Associates, a South Carolina-based, family-owned real estate marketing firm which specializes in statewide real estate auctions.

Kristi Noem (SD-At Large)
Kristi lives with her family on a ranch near Castlewood, where the family raises Angus cattle and shows Quarter Horses. Kristi actively farmed with her family for 17 years, owned and operated a hunting operation and helped manage the family restaurant.

Phil Roe (TN-01)
As a physician, Phil ran a successful medical practice in Johnson City for 31 years, delivering close to 5,000 babies.

Diane Black (TN-06)
Diane was a nurse for over 40 years and has served as an educator at Volunteer State Community College and as an elected official in the Tennessee General Assembly.

Stephen Fincher is a managing partner in Fincher Farms, a West Tennessee business farming cotton, corn, soybeans and wheat. Stephen has been a farmer in the family business his entire life.

Robert, an attorney, opened up his own law practice in Chatham, Va., in 2008.

Sean Duffy (WI-07)
Sean recently concluded 10 years of service to the people of Ashland County, Wisconsin—first as Special Prosecutor, then District Attorney. Sean also practiced law alongside his father at the family’s firm.

Reid Ribble (WI-08)
Reid decided to follow in his father’s footsteps by joining the family roofing business in 1976 and eventually rose to become president in 1981. Since then, Reid has owned and operated one of the most successful roof construction and consulting companies in the United States.

Ron Johnson (WI-Sen)
Ron started a manufacturing business with his brother-in-law in 1979. Ron was the business’ accountant and a machine operator for most of the company’s first year. The company eventually grew from supplying a single customer to being the largest producer of specialty plastic used in medical device packaging and high-tech printing applications.
