Pennsylvania (October 1,
2014) – The National Federation of
Independent Business (NFIB) launched a
digital ad campaign and online election center today urging voters to support Ryan Costello in his bid for Pennsylvania
House District 6.
“Increasing federal
regulations, rising healthcare costs, and higher taxes streaming out of
Washington continue to punish small businesses in Pennsylvania,” said Lisa
Goeas, a Vice President with the National Federation of Independent Business
(NFIB), the nation’s leading advocate for small business owners. “We
need candidates like Ryan Costello in Congress, who understand the struggles of small
businesses and will stand up and fight for policies that allow Main Street to grow
and prosper.”
“Our 15,000 members in Pennsylvania say they want to grow
their business but every time they turn around the federal government is
getting in the way of progress.” Said NFIB Pennsylvania’s Executive State
Director. “If its not the high costs of Obamacare it’s the complex tax code or
a regulatory tidal wave that costs business owners time and money. We
will mobilize here in Pennsylvania to help Ryan Costello win the race for
Congress because we believe he will address these concerns. “
In addition to the flight of
online ads, NFIB also released a House candidate webpage on
its National Election Center website, where voters can go to find tools that
make it easy to volunteer donate and support Ryan Costello. The effort is part
of the NFIB’s Vote for Main Street campaign.
