NY's Minimum Wage Increases December 31

Date: December 19, 2014

Minimum wage in New York State will increase from $8.00 per hour to $8.75 per hour  on December 31, 2014. The increase is in accordance with the 2013-2014 budget agreement. 

That agreement set forth the following minimum wage increase schedule:
December 31, 2013     $8.00
December 31, 2014     $8.75
December 31, 2015     $9.00
