Washington,
DC (October 29, 2014) – The National
Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) today welcomed former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to Iowa
and asked if Senate candidate Bruce Braley can make heads or tails of the Clinton Theory on Job Creation, at the
center of which is apparently the government sector.
“We can’t wait to hear this,” said NFIB Vice President Lisa Goeas.
Clinton several days ago said while stumping for
another candidate that Americans shouldn’t believe what they’ve heard for
centuries “about corporations and businesses creating jobs.”
“Who knew,” asked Goeas. “Bruce Braley’s voting record suggests that
he might agree with that theory. So we
and our 10,000 members in Iowa would like a tutorial from the Congressman or Secretary
Clinton on how the economy works.”
