NFIB to Co-Host Liberty Luncheon on Sensible Regulations

NFIB/Mississippi, the Mississippi Center for Public Policy and Farm Bureau Mississippi will co-host a Liberty Luncheon on overzealous regulation by federal authorities.

“Regulating Puddles & Protecting Dingbats: EPA’s Power Grab, and What Can Be Done About It” will be 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 7, at the Capitol Club, 125 S. Congress St., Jackson.

The keynote speaker will be William Kovacs, senior vice president of environment, technology and regulatory affairs with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
