NFIB Members Meet for Mentoring Meeting in Rocky Hill

Small business owners met in Rocky Hill on February 19th for a meeting focussing on the importance of mentoring. This event was the latest in the NFIB CT Evenings with Entrepreneurs Series.

NFIB Leadership Council Member Ted Hsu of Horizon Services sponsored the outing. The goal was to bring together some of the best minds in Connecticut to serve as a resource to help strengthen businesses. We challenged members to bring their toughest problems and most innovative solutions.

Speed consulting areas of assistance consisted of:

  • Sales: Hiring, Personal Sales
  • Operations
  • Recruiting
  • Employee issues: Compensation, Liability
  • Raising capital
  • Outsourcing
