Nevada Small Business Mobilizes for Heck

Date: October 01, 2014

CARSON CITY, Nev., Oct. 1, 2014—The National Federation of Independent Business launched a digital ad campaign and online election center today urging voters to support Joe Heck in his bid for re-election in Nevada House District 3.
“Increasing federal regulations, rising health-care costs, and higher taxes streaming out of Washington continue to punish small businesses in Nevada,” said Lisa Goeas, a Vice President with the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading advocate for small-business owners. “We need candidates like Heck in Congress, who understand the struggles of small businesses and will stand up and fight for policies that allow Main Street to grow and prosper.”
In addition to the flight of online ads, NFIB also released a House candidate webpage on its National Election Center website, where voters can go to find tools that make it easy to volunteer, donate and support Heck. The effort is part of the NFIB’s Vote for Main Street campaign.
