Meet our Delaware Member Support
Manager, Miranda Bond. Miranda joined the NFIB/DE team in January. She’s
originally from Ohio where her family owns a number of small businesses.
Miranda grew up helping her grandparents with their peach and apple orchard in
the summers. She also grew up living next door to her family’s other business, the Bond
Funeral Home, which was founded in 1898. Of course her Great Aunt
Marlene, who currently owns and operates the funeral home, is a proud NFIB member!
Miranda previously worked for NRA as a Grassroots Coordinator for five years, where she
racked up invaluable political experience and developed her marksmanship
skills.
Before moving to Washington D.C. in
2007 Miranda worked for several grassroots political organizations and
campaigns throughout Ohio, Texas and Colorado. Like many young politicos, she
began her D.C. career at the Leadership Institute serving as a Publications
Coordinator. Before beginning her work in politics Miranda was a Reporter at
the Toledo Free Press, she quickly realized she would rather make the news than
simply report it.
Miranda attended Bowling Green
State University in Ohio where she studied Print Journalism and Political
Science.
If you would like to contact Miranda you can reach her at [email protected] or 202-314-2070.
