McFadden Receives Small Business Endorsement In U.S. Senate Race
ST. PAUL (October 22, 2014) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) today announced its support for Mike McFadden in Minnesota’s U.S. Senate race.
“No one understands the difficulties that small business owners face better than someone that created his own company from scratch.” said NFIB/Minnesota State Director Mike Hickey. “Mike has firsthand knowledge of the challenges that entrepreneurs face daily and he will be able to vocalize the concerns of our members to those in Washington that have grown tone deaf to the needs of small business.”
NFIB Vice President Lisa Goeas, who heads the organization’s political and grassroots operation, said “Job creation is vital to improving our nation’s economy and we are confident that Mike McFadden will bring a fresh perspective to the Senate that will shine the light on small business owners and aide our nation’s economic recovery.”
McFadden’s endorsement was made by the NFIB SAFE Trust, the organization’s political action committee. Surveys show that small business owners are influential in their communities and NFIB members in Minnesota will work hard this year to send Mike McFadden to Washington.
