Jankey v. Lee

In this case, a business successfully defended itself against an allegation that it had violated the Americans with Disabilities Act. Upon securing this victory, the business then sought attorney’s fees. Ultimately the business was awarded attorney’s fees with a positive decision in the California Supreme Court.
