Deadline for Supporting 2014 YEF Scholarships is March 31

Date: March 07, 2014

The NFIB
Young Entrepreneur Foundation has received 571 applications for 2014 Young
Entrepreneur Awards.

The number of students who will
receive scholarships depends on you.

Since 2003, YEF has awarded over
2,500 scholarships worth almost $3 million to graduating high school
seniors.

The YEF is asking NFIB members
like you to contribute any amount to support the 2014 Young Entrepreneur
Awards. The Young Entrepreneur Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization, so your
donation will be tax deductible.

Basic scholarships are $1,000. If
your donation fully funds one scholarship, you’ll have the opportunity to
determine the name of the scholarship and specific criteria for the scholarship
winner.

Because entrepreneurship needs to
be encouraged across the country, NFIB’s YEF’s goal is to raise enough money to
fund at least one scholarship in each state. State Leadership Councils are
working hard to raise money to fund their state’s NFIB Young Entrepreneur
Award.
