U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit

The NFIB Legal Center is participating in a court challenge to overturn San Francisco’s Worker Healthcare Security Ordinance. This ordinance, passed by the City Council in July of 2006, requires employers to provide health insurance for their employees or pay a fine to the city.
