Florida is the fifth best state in the nation for its economic outlook among small business owners, according to a new study by Thumbtack.com.
That’s the same ranking as last year.
The Thumbtack study drew on response from more than 17,000 small business owners across the nation, more than 1,600 of which hailed from Florida. Approximately 28 percent reported that their economic outlook will be substantially better from now in three months.
Among the top problems Florida small business owners face include “uncertain economic conditions” (15.8 percent), “access to credit” (14.6 percent), and “cost/quality of labor” (11.7 percent).
