EPA Coal Plant Rules Will Hike Small Business Energy Rates

The EPA is mandating that power plants cut carbon-dioxide emissions 30 percent by 2030.  Those plants have already reduced their CO2 emissions by 21% since 2005.  This regulation will drastically increase the energy costs of small business and result in massive job losses in Pennsylvania.  NFIB Pennsylvania’s Kevin Shivers interviews John Pippy of the Pa.
