The NFIB Small Business Legal Center frequently files in asbestos related lawsuits to ensure that small business owners are not subject to unreasonable liabilities. We filed in this case because the plaintiff's theory would open up many defendants to costly lawsuits, despite the fact that they may be far and removed from the chain of causation which may have caused the plaintiff's injuries.
