Barabin v. AstenJohnson

Date: August 11, 2011

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit

Plaintiff Barabin argues that he can sue and win based on “any exposure” to asbestos no matter how minute. Here, plaintiff was exposed to asbestos in 1974 when he came into contact with a paper machine part that contained trace amounts of asbestos, but he is unable to confirm that defendant manufactured the part.

Status: PENIDNG. Amicus brief filed 05/26/11.
