Lt. Governor Anthony Brown wants to be the next governor of Maryland.  Brown, who is in full campaign mode, has been skirting questions about raising the income tax, which could have a major impact on small businesses in Maryland. Brown says he will give the tax code a comprehensive look after taking office. As a resident and business owner you have a right to know where all of the candidates for governor stand on raising the income tax, especially Brown, who is the front-runner in the race.
