Are you ready for the new federal overtime rules?

The Department of Labor released its new rules for overtime
pay, raising the threshold for overtime ineligibility for managers from $23,660
to $50,440.

Wage and hour laws are constantly changing – are you sure
you are in compliance?  With changes and proposed legislation at both the
state and federal level, it is hard to keep track of it all!

Join us tomorrow (Tuesday–July 21) from 11:30 AM to 1:00
PM for a free webinar with labor law attorney Dan Cohen of Pilchak & Cohen
Law Firm and get an overview of current law and how you can protect yourself
from costly violations.

This seminar
will cover the following topics:

New Federal Overtime Rules
Minimum wage
Wage garnishments
Fringe benefit requirements
