Mark Garzone joined NFIB in June of 2008 as senior vice president of Marketing. He is responsible for elevating NFIB’s public profile through innovative and diverse marketing efforts designed to increase brand awareness, member retention and new member acquisition. He is also responsible for the operations and growth of NFIB Member Services Corporation (MSC). MSC provides members access to many business products and services at discounted costs. It also provides critical business resources that save small business owners time and money.
Garzone has 25 years of experience in all aspects of marketing and communications, successfully developing cost-effective sales and marketing programs that have resulted in customer and revenue growth. A 12-year wireless industry veteran, Garzone most recently was executive vice president/chief marketing officer at USA Mobility Inc. and vice president of marketing for Nextel Communications Inc. Previously, he served as general manager for Market Direct America and held marketing and business development positions at McGraw-Hill and Dun & Bradstreet.
